Original and Jalapeño are sugar-free, while Honey BBQ has just 2 grams of sugar per stick. They’re designed to deliver great flavor, convenient protein, and strong shelf appeal for retailers looking to offer customers a better meat snack option.
Beef Snob Snack Sticks are a natural fit for convenience stores, gift shops, travel centers, grocery stores, hotels, specialty retailers, and other grab-and-go locations. Our products are easy to merchandise, require no refrigeration, and are packaged for simple single-stick sales.
Barham’s Ozark Beef began in Arkansas as a family-run farm-to-table beef business. As demand grew, we expanded into snack sticks and discovered an opportunity to bring the same focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and responsible agriculture to a product that could reach customers far beyond our local market.
Today, Beef Snob Snack Sticks are sold through retailers and wholesale partners across a growing footprint. We work directly with retailers as well as distributors and are always looking to build long-term partnerships with businesses that value quality products and dependable service.
Our goal is simple: produce a beef snack that tastes great, looks great on the shelf, and gives retailers a product they can feel good about offering their customers.
